Rolex - Precision Chameleon - 2025 - Dames - 1960-1969

This charming Rolex Chameleon is a rare and beautifully preserved piece of mid-century design, offering both elegance and versatility in a compact solid gold case. A true ladies’ dress watch, it reflects the refined minimalism of the 1950s and 60s, with a subtle creative twist — the ability to easily change its look through interchangeable straps.

The watch is presented in very good, fully original condition. It comes on its original black suede strap in like-new condition.

The uncommon silver textured dial is wonderfully well-preserved, with crisp printing, an applied Rolex crown at twelve, and beautiful gold hour markers. It remains untouched and free from restoration.

The solid 18K yellow gold case, measuring 17 mm (excluding crown), has retained its original shape and surface finish with remarkable integrity, some light scratches and signs of use on the back. Sharp hallmarks and a Rolex signature on the caseback and inner case. The original crown, also signed with the Rolex logo, is still present.

At the heart of the watch is a Rolex Precision manual-winding movement, clean, reliable, and running smoothly. Though delicate in size, the Chameleon is robust in construction — a true testament to Rolex’s craftsmanship, even in their smaller dress models.
