Campervan Fiat Ducato L2H2 Natural Power weinig kilometers

Goed uitgeruste, charmante zelfbouw campervan met weinig kilometers te koop.

Het gaat over een donkergroene Fiat Ducato met +/- 93.500km, bouwjaar 2011, met grootte L2H2 (d.w.z. dat ook grotere mensen er in recht kunnen staan en het nog net op een normale parking past).  
Ingeschreven als kampeerauto, d.w.z. slechts €132 verkeersbelasting per jaar (i.p.v. +€1000)
Gekeurd tot 3/3/2026 en reeds gekeurd voor verkoop.
Laatste groot onderhoud gehad afgelopen december.

Vooraan zijn drie zitplaatsen, waarvan de middelste opengeklapt kan als “tafeltje” en bekerhouder.

In de leefruimte bevindt zich een keukentje met 2 gasvuren, een kraantje met voetwaterpomp, extra zuinige en stille koelkast en veel kast- en schuifruimte.

De eetruimte bestaat uit twee zitbankjes en een uitschuifbare tafel. Achter de bestuurdersstoel bevindt zich een plooikrukje zodat er ook een derde persoon mee aan tafel kan zitten. De kussens om het bed te verlengen, passen precies op de zitbankjes. Onder de zitbankjes is opbergruimte. In één van de twee zit een uitschuifbaar composttoilet, wat indien gewenst overgenomen kan worden. Anders kan dit zitbankje gesloten worden met een mooi beschilderde houten plaat.

Het bed is uitschuifbaar. Ingeschoven is het zo’n 140x180cm. Uitgeschoven is zo’n 140cmx200cm ‘bruikbaar’ (er gaat 40cm verloren onder de kastjes, theoretisch kan je daar ook liggen, dan is het bed 180 breed… 😊 )

Achterop hangt een fietsendrager voor 2 fietsen en op het dak zijn 2 zonnepanelen geïnstalleerd.
Verder zijn er 2 gewone 230V stopcontacten met elk 2 USB-laadpoorten, een verstelbaar dakraam met ingebouwde muggenhor en zonnescherm, verduisterende gordijnen en véél opbergruimte. Een kinderbedje kan ingericht worden op de voorbank, of op de grond in de leefruimte.

Typische tuinkratjes van 40x30cm en 40x60cm passen precies in de koffer en op verschillende andere plaatsen, zodat niks kan schuiven. De kastjes en schuif zijn allemaal voorzien van magneten om dicht te blijven. Ook de waterbidons en gasfles onder de gootsteen zijn in houders bevestigd.

! Het busje rijdt op aardgas (CNG) en benzine. Met de 35kg aardgas-tank kom je zo’n 350km. De reserve benzinetank van 15L voegt daar nog zo’n 100km aan toe.
Tankstations met aardgas zijn gemakkelijk te vinden via de website en app van GibGas.

“Mankementen”:
- Achterdeuren zijn enkel handmatig met de sleutel te openen, zij- en voordeuren met de afstandsbediening. Omdat onze garagist hierbij moest kunnen, hangt een stukje van de isolatie van de achterdeur wat los.
- Aan het fietsenrek is er een stukje afgebroken bij één van de steuntjes, voor de zekerheid gebruikten wij een extra spanband om onze fietsen te bevestigen, die je mee krijgt.
Het sleutelgat van het fietsenrek lijkt door te draaien. (?) Wij hebben dit nooit gebruikt maar hebben het sleuteltje nog. Dit kan een DIY project worden, misschien verkoopt Thule reserve-onderdelen, ons stoorde het niet.
- Het is zelfbouw. D.w.z. dat niet alles perfect afgewerkt is. Zo kunnen bijvoorbeeld de zitbankjes nog een likje verf gebruiken. Dat betekent ook dat het interieur gemakkelijk naar eigen smaak aan te passen is.
- Aan de buitenkant hier en daar kleine gebruikssporen (zie foto’s)
- Schapjes deur koelkast zijn extra bevestigd met tape.
- Stoelbekleding vooraan heeft enkele vlekken.
- Radio: knop om CD's eruit te laten komen, werkt niet meer. Dus CD-speler is niet echt meer bruikbaar. De radio wel.

Technische specificaties:
- EURO 5-norm => in alle LEZ-zones mag je binnen
- Trekhaak en dubbele opstapbeugel.
- De bus is van geluidsremmende platen voorzien (Armaflex), en geïsoleerd met 19 en 12 mm Armaflex isolatiemateriaal.
- Elektriciteit: Compleet ingebouwd elektrisch centrum met stoppenkasten en omvormers. Extra grote AGM 220 AH accu. Deze is gescheiden van de accu van de bus. Stroombronnen: Solarpanelen (2X100Wp) en Walstroom. Kabels om de bordbatterij met de startbatterij te verbinden om tijdens het rijden door de dynamo elektriciteit te winnen zijn gelegd, maar nog niet aangesloten (deze mogelijkheid is dus makkelijk te realiseren). Stroomverbruik: Drie 12 V spotjes in het plafond, twee ingebouwde stekkerblokken met 4 USB ingangen en een power display welke aantoont hoe vol de bordbatterij is.

Well-equipped, charming self-built campervan with few kilometres for sale.

It’s a dark green Fiat Ducato with +/- 93.500km, year of construction 2011, size L2H2 (i.e. larger people can also stand upright in it and it still just fits on a normal car park).
Registered as a mobilhome, so only €132 road taxes yearly (instead of +€1000)
Approved until 3/03/2026 and already inspected for sale.
Past december major maintenance.

There are three seats in the front, the middle one of which can be opened as a ‘table’ and cup holder.

In the living area there is a kitchenette with 2 gas fires, a tap with foot water pump, extra economical and quiet fridge and plenty of cupboard and drawer space.

The dining area consists of two bench seats and an extendable table. Behind the driver's seat is a folding stool so a third person can also sit at the table. The cushions to extend the bed fit exactly on the benches. There is storage space under the bench seats. One of them contains an extendable composting toilet, which can be taken over if you wish. Otherwise, this bench can be closed with a nicely painted wooden plate.

The bed is extendable. Retracted it is about 140x180cm. Extended is about 140cmx200cm ‘usable’ (40cm is lost under the cupboards, theoretically you could lie there too, then the bed would be 180cm wide... 😊 )

At the back, there is a bike carrier for 2 bikes and 2 solar panels are installed on the roof.
There are also 2 regular 230V sockets with 2 USB charging ports each, an adjustable skylight with built-in mosquito net and sunshade, blackout curtains and lots of storage space. A children’s bed can be set up on the front bench, or on the floor in the living space.

Typical 40x30cm and 40x60cm garden crates fit exactly inside the trunk and in several other places, so nothing can slide around. The cupboards and drawer are all fitted with magnets to stay closed. The water bottles and gas bottle under the sink are also fixed in holders.

! The van runs on natural gas (CNG) and petrol. The 35kg natural gas tank has a reach of about 350km. The spare 15L petrol tank adds about 100km.
Filling stations with natural gas are easy to find via GibGas' website and app.

‘Flaws":
- Rear doors can only be opened manually by key, side and front doors by remote control. Because our garagist had to be able to acces this, a piece of the insulation of the rear door hangs a bit loose.
- At the bike rack, a piece broke off at one of the supports; to be on the safe side, we used an extra lashing strap to secure our bikes, which you get with it.
The keyhole on the bike rack seems to twist through. (?) We never used this but still have the key. This can become a DIY project, maybe Thule sells spare parts, it didn't bother us.
- The van is self-built. I.e. not everything is perfectly finished. For instance, the seat benches could still use a bit of paint. This also means that the interior can easily be adapted to your own taste.
- Small traces of use on the outside (see photos).
- Shelves door fridge are extra attached with tape.
- Front seat cover has some stains.
- Radio: button to let CDs out no longer works. So CD player is not really usable anymore. The radio is.

Technical specifications:
- EURO 5 standard => allowed in all LEZ zones
- Hitch and double step brackets.
- The bus is fitted with noise-reducing boards (Armaflex), and insulated with 19 and 12 mm Armaflex insulation material.
- Electricity: Complete built-in electrical centre with fuse boxes and inverters. Extra large AGM 220 AH battery. This is separated from the bus battery. Power sources: Solar panels (2X100Wp) and shore power. Cables to connect the board battery to the starter battery to gain electricity through the alternator while driving have been laid, but not yet connected (so this possibility is easy to realise). Power consumption: Three 12 V spotlights in the ceiling, two built-in power strips with 4 USB inputs and a power display showing how full the board battery is.
